2 Account Registration and Verification
To use services on ea77, a personal account must be opened. Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

- Date of birth — minimum age must be 21 years

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.3 Account Security

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
ea77 currently supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (same for all methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket)

- Deposits from third-party mobile banking accounts are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour
- Withdrawals can only be made to a verified payment method
- Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress
- Withdrawals may be delayed if the total amount wagered is less than or equal to the deposited amount
4.3 Transaction Accuracy
Funds sent in an incorrect amount or to an incorrect account may not be recoverable. Verify all details a second time before making a transaction. Any issues with a transaction must be reported within 24 hours via live chat or email.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
ea77 currently offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. If the bonus terms are not followed, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus and the balance becomes ৳2,000; to withdraw winnings from this bonus, the wagering requirement must be met — bonus amount × 10 = ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.
5.2 Bonus Wagering
- The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal
- Not all games count equally towards wagering — the contribution rate may differ for specific games
- There is a set time limit to complete the wagering requirement — you will be informed after accepting the bonus
- Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately
5.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation
In the following cases, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled and forfeited:
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
- Attempting to withdraw without completing bonus terms
- Using bonus balance on prohibited games
- If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
6 VIP Program and Cashback
ea77's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A member advances to higher tiers gradually based on weekly play volume and activity.
6.1 Weekly Cashback
Each VIP tier receives cashback at a set rate on the week's net losses:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Cashback example: if a Gold tier member suffers a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
6.2 VIP Benefit Terms
- Cashback is calculated at the end of the week and added to the account within a specified time
- VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable
- VIP tier status may be reviewed if a member remains inactive for an extended period
- ea77 reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP Program at any time
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ea77 platform. If any one of these is proven, the account will be closed immediately:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Registering using another person's identity
- Abusing or exploiting the bonus system
- Playing using software, bots, or automated methods
- Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform
- Harassing or threatening other members
- Using the service for the purpose of money laundering
- Operating an account with false information
If fraud is suspected, ea77 reserves the right to suspend the balance of the relevant account while an investigation is ongoing.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 ea77's Rights
In the following circumstances, ea77 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Providing false or incomplete information
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Suspicion of fraudulent financial transactions
8.2 Member's Rights
Any member may request closure of their account at any time. Before closing an account, all valid balances should be withdrawn through the designated method. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if an investigation is ongoing.
9 Limitation of Liability
ea77 endeavours to provide its services as uninterruptedly as possible. However, ea77 will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:
- Game session cancelled due to loss of internet connection
- Service disruption caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks, or server issues
- Delays caused by third-party payment service providers
- Issues with the user's own device or connection
If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical issue, ea77 reserves the right to settle based on the correct outcome.
10 Privacy and Personal Data
ea77 places great importance on protecting members' personal data. Information collected at registration is used only for providing services, identity verification, and meeting legal obligations. Information is not shared with any third party — unless required by law.
